Human Resources: Our most important resource is our people. Each of us
can do a variety of tasks, and have had hands-on experience in material
handling. We do not have communication black-outs so evident in many big
highly structured organizations. We have the ability to suggest alternatives
to the layout and detail of conveyor systems, which usually saves you time
and money. We always bid the base bid per customer’s requirements and
if found receptive, we offer alternatives to the customer. Although, most
of us are generalists, each of us is a specialist in his particular field
as well. We have front line erection superintendents.
