WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU
We will bid to your specification by your due date. We will bid the base
bid per the specifications. Our bid will be complete in all respects. If
appropriate, we will suggest alternatives. Upon your request, we will meet
with you for bid clarification and display thorough understanding of your
need whether technical, commercial, or practical aspects of the project.
We will assign an individual as your sole contact and also provide you
with unimpeded access to the top levels of management should you find it
necessary.
Should we be awarded the contract, the same individual will manage the
contract. We will keep you totally informed about the status of your job by
periodic reports. You will have full access to our facilities. We will try
to prevail upon our vendors and subcontractors to do the same.
We will not seek to unfairly benefit from the extras to the contract.
Whenever there are changes in the scope of the contract we will promptly
advise you of the same and provide you with the price impact, if any. We
will stay on the job until you are satisfied. We keep paper work to a
minimum. We will do such a good job that you would want us to be your
preferred contractor.
